Ishaq Zamindar's house can be reached half a km northeast from Laxmipur Sadar Upazila by adding CNG and passing North Hamchhadi Union Parishad. The zamindar's house is located in Hasandi village under Uttar Hamchadi union. Ishaq Chowdhury, the then influential zamindar, took the initiative to build this zamindar house on about 16 acres of land.

লক্ষ্মীপুর সদর উপজেলা হইতে সিএনজি যোগে উত্তর হামছাদী ইউনিয়ন পরিষদের পাশ দিয়ে উত্তর র্পর্বে আধা কি:মি গেলে উক্ত জমিদার বাড়ীতে যাওয়া যায় । বাড়ীটি প্রায় ১৬ একর জমির উপর তৎকালীন প্রভাবশালী ব্যক্তি ইসহাক জমিদার বাড়ীটি নির্মান করার উদ্যোগ গ্রহন করেন ।
