Meghna river passing by Lakshmipur Sadar Upazila Charramini Mohan Union The broadest river Meghna is presently 15 km west of Laxmipur Sadar upazila, flowing through the west. The map of the Meghna that flows through the west end of Lakshmipur is found in the map of the Fam Dan Brox of 1660 AD. Prior to 1954, it was flowing through Bhabaniganj on the eastern side of the dark border of Dhadharamani. After converting the barricades in 1954, it joins the river Shahbajapur on the south.
